Late Pt. Dwarka Prasad Sharma’s versatile imaginative verve in different styles comes from his firm grip of human and animal forms. The knowledge of basic form, ingrained in him by master artists liberated him to experiment in various styles, traditional, realistic or modern. His mythical formations are as arresting as the swift muscle power of a galloping horse portrayed by him. Rooting himself firmly in realism modern art has always been a brush stroke away for him. He procured various awards from Lalit Kala Academy, Rajasthan in modern style.
